COCAINE
ADDICTION CESSATION
HYPNOSIS TARGETS COCAINE ADDICTION AMONG MIDDLE
CLASSES EMPOWERING PROFESSIONALS TO REDEEM THEIR
LIVES FROM COCAINE DEPENDENCE
Social
cocaine use may seem harmless at University or
whilst qualifying but it can lead to addiction.
Cocaine use doesn’t discriminate,
it affects professionals from
all walks of life, high achievers, business
owners, executives, people who are often
incredibly capable in every area except this
one. In an effort to address the increasing
trend of cocaine use among the middle classes, I
am introducing a groundbreaking new service
aimed at providing a vital alternative to
traditional rehab facilities and counselling.
This innovative approach utilises hypnotherapy
to tackle dependency, offering new hope to
individuals and families affected by addiction.
Recent
observations and studies indicate a significant
rise in cocaine use among middle-class
professionals, driven by high-pressured
lifestyles of deadlines, responsibilities, and
reputations to protect. It is no surprise that
many turn to cocaine for stress relief,
confidence or control, only to find themselves
trapped. Unlike the stereotypes often associated
with drug abuse, these individuals maintain
functional, outwardly successful lives, but
feeling exhausted and ashamed on the inside,
making the issue largely invisible but
profoundly impactful.
My new
hypnotherapy programme is designed to address
the unique challenges faced by this demographic,
and offers a powerful, confidential and
non-judgemental way to break the cycle.
Many are hesitant to seek help from traditional
rehab centres due to concerns about privacy,
time away from work, and the stigma of
addiction. Hypnotherapy offers a confidential,
accessible, and effective treatment, right in
the heart of the community. I have been
in practice for 17 years and the power of the
mind never ceases to amaze me. I have
developed this programme, with the support of
one of the most recognised cocaine addiction
therapists in Northern Ireland, and it
incorporates advanced hypnosis
techniques that target the subconscious
drivers behind the cocaine use – stress,
overwhelm, low self-worth, or just the mental
pattern that says “I can’t cope without it.”
The
treatment plan is tailored to individual needs,
making it a personal journey of recovery that
respects the client's daily responsibilities and
privacy. Through hypnotherapy, we're able to
access and modify deep-seated behaviours and
triggers, facilitating a powerful change that
other therapies might take months to achieve.
The
process involves a series of 3 sessions
where clients are guided through relaxation and
visualisation exercises, aimed at reinforcing
their inner strength and decision making
capabilities.
With
tailored sessions you’ll learn to:
-
Calm your nervous system and reduce
stress
-
Shift damaging thought patterns that
keep the habit alive
-
Build the confidence to say no –
even when life gets tough
-
Let go of guilt and shame, and
reconnect with the real you
-
Use self-hypnosis as a fast,
effective tool to stay on track
The
increasing allure of cocaine among
high-functioning professionals can
often be attributed to its perceived benefits as
a quick-fix for energy and euphoria. However,
the long-term consequences - deteriorating
mental health, physical health risks, and the
potential for devastating impacts on personal
and professional life - call for urgent and
specialised care. Recovery is not just about
stopping the drug use, it’s about understanding
why one turns to such substances and rebuilding
a life where they no longer serve a purpose.
My goal
is to empower individuals, helping them rebuild
their lives and emerge stronger. I am committed
to providing a supportive and discreet
environment, where individuals can embark on
their recovery journey with trust and
confidence, and I am dedicated to providing
effective treatment solutions in a compassionate
and confidential setting.

REHABILITATION SUPPORT
If you've already taken
the courageous step into recovery, you may now
be wondering:
"How
do I maintain these changes and truly move
forward?"
That’s where
hypnotherapy
and
self-hypnosis
come in.
Hypnosis is a powerful
tool for
reinforcing the progress
you’ve made and continuing your journey of
transformation.
It supports not just
stopping but thriving.
Hypnosis helps
you stay grounded, positive and emotionally
resilient long after the initial treatment ends.
As you rebuild your life, self-hypnosis
can support:
-
Improved confidence and self-esteem
Many people find their
sense of self eroded by addiction.
Hypnotherapy helps you reconnect with your
strengths, reclaim your worth, and step back
into your power.
-
Greater control and mental clarity
Rather than being run
by cravings or old habits, self-hypnosis
trains your mind to pause, reflect, and
choose differently - helping you respond
instead of react.
-
Better sleep and relaxation
Poor sleep is a common
challenge during and after recovery.
Hypnosis calms the mind, releases anxiety,
and supports deep, restorative sleep.
-
Changing thought patterns
Addiction is rooted in
patterns of thinking. Hypnotherapy helps you
shift your internal dialogue - breaking the
cycle of self-sabotage and replacing it with
healthier, more empowering beliefs.
-
Relapse prevention
Self-hypnosis is
especially powerful for maintaining your
recovery, by regularly practising
self-hypnosis, you can reinforce your goals,
reduce stress, and stay connected to your
"why” - your reasons for staying clean and
free.
Whether you're in early
recovery or well along the road, hypnotherapy
can offer something that traditional approaches
often miss. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to
change
how you think,
which naturally shifts how you feel and behave.
CHANGE
YOUR THOUGHTS TO CHANGE YOUR BEHAVIOURS!
It’s not
about willpower. It’s about rewiring the
subconscious mind - the part of you that drives
automatic behaviours and emotional responses.
You can
create a new normal.
One that feels calmer,
stronger, and free.
If you're ready to go
beyond surviving and start thriving,
I’m here to help.
